A federal High court in Abuja yesterday granted bail to the former Governor of Imo State on the premise N270 million.
According to Punch, Justice Adeniyi Ademola in his ruling on the bail application on filed in by Ohakim also ordered the prosecuting agency(EFCC) to summit the passport and other travel documents seized to be summited to the Deputy Chief  Register of the court.
Ikedi Ohakim is being charged for N 270 million fraud alleged to be carried out in 2008 while he was the Governor of Imo State.
