Pictures of Benue State Militant who summited over Seventy Arms to the State Government

As the amnesty programme in Benue state instituted by the state governor, Samuel Ortom begins to yield results, a known militant, Terwase Akwaza, aka Ghana has surrendered over 70 guns illegally
possessed by him. He said,

My neigbours were overran severally by the enemies from Taraba State, It was as a result of the unfortunate incidents that I was made the head of a local militia to check the attacks on our communities.

Speaking at the handover of the assorted weapons, which was performed in the presence of the state Commissioner of Police and other members of the state security council, the alleged militia said the land dispute between Benue and Taraba States led to the formation of his group and pledged his allegiance to support the initiative of the State government
