Meet a boy with Big hands

Mohammad Kaleem who resides in eastern indiawith his parents finds it extremely do things little boys of his age does like eating, dressing and washing because of his 13inches long and 1.2 weight of his hands which is by far double the size of a normal adults hands.



The eight year old boy finds it difficult to put on his clothes due to the rare condition known as Macrodactyly(Local gigantism).

The sad part of the story is his fellow schoolmates attitude towards him which makes him feel so humiliated but luck is on his side as a known surgeon in South India Dr Sabapathy has opted to help Kaleem perform his surgical operations in his hospital.

So happy for him atleast, he can now go to school and and live a normal life.
