Giuliana Rancic shares a throw back picture of herself as she celebrates her 41st birthday

The former E! presenter who ended her fourteen years work with E! shared this lovely throwback picture of herself to celebrate her celebrate her 41st birthday on Monday.

In the pictures which she tagged 'Akward' teenage phase, the iconic presenter was almost unrecognizable with her brown  hair and baggy clothes.
Cute: She shared a second nostalgic snap, although didn't make it clear exactly what year it was taken, however she appears to be around 4-years-old

She captioned the snap: 'On my birthday, I would like to take a moment to share this embarrassing "modeling" shot of me at 13 yrs old as a public service to young women everywhere.
